Problem with account limitation

Hello,
I recieved a email from paypal service for more information about my personal data.
I follow the resolve process and attached the foto of both sides of my personal id cart and in the next step i uploaded filed letter of autorisation.
Everything was accepted by paypal during the procces but in the end i still have the massege that you heed more information to resolve problem with account and the questions are the same. I uploaded this data two times but the massage still shows. The result of thsi limmitation is that in the moment I could not transfer my money to my bank account.
Please let me know what I have to do.
