Problem with Verify Address

Hello all, 

I want to verify my address by sending utility bill (electricity bill), but the problem is that bill not under my name.

Yes, i living in there, but that house is not mine, so all bill (telephone, electricity, etc) not under my name.

Already sending national id card with my name and address with same info in my acc, but it rejected too.

Now i dont know what i must do to confirm my address...

Please help, if you know how to solve this problem.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
