I moved three years ago and changed my address in the account on line. since then whenever using third party companies and paying through PayPal, they send it to the wrong address. This has happened three time in the four years. Paypal's HELP does not help. Bring to talk with a person is like pulling teeth. Each time I have had this problem the keep telling me that be assured the problem has been taken care of. It was not! I got the run around from the person on the phone. He wanted to send me a credit that did not even cover the cost. So PayPal just wants to steal money from their clients. I have been a member for 13+ years. I asked for a supervisor and they put me on hold and then hung up on me.
