I have to accounts with PayPal, one in Norway and another in Spain with deferent email adresses. I use the same phone number for both of them. For the time I can't get inn to my account in Spain when I don't receive the security SMS code on my registered mobile phone. No other options is working either. I have tried in several days to call the center without coming through. What should I do?
You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. So make sure one is of each type.
Secondly Paypal is country specific so you should open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
