So i am asking on behalf of my fiancee she hasnt used her paypal account in years and cant remember her password. We have tried to do the whole recovery method via email but not email is coming through to give us the chance to change anything.
I can see that phoning will be a waste of time as havent got any information about from a email. Even the mobile linked to the account is no longer is use.
Any help anyone can give me would be very grateful.
