Problem loging in to Xoom

Hi, I can't log in to Xomm because there an error "Sorry for the inconvenience, the application encountered an unexpected error. Please try again."

I tried sending Xoom an email but got no answer  AsPowerBar_dwBgJttZrp.png

I have the same problem and when I contact support they say my email is not linked to Xoom account but I always use Xoom via paypal account.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the application encountered an unexpected error. Please try again.

 

For senders in the US, sending money to Brazil, the recipient's address must be included.  It is not used for identity checks, so I have used my email (sender's email) as the recipients.   There is no easy way to update  the receiver's information, so the recipient should be removed and all information re-entered.
