Problem logging to PayPal on third party, like BigToken

Hi community,
My PayPal works fine,lately I noticed that I can't login to my PayPal from anywhere else except my phone chrome browser in which I used in creating the account initially. I'm looking forward to a response

Hi @Mctursh,
I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to log in except with that one browser. I'm not familiar with BigToken. If it's a company with which you've set up a billing agreement, you may need to remove and re-add the information if it's no longer working. If there are other ways that you're trying to log in that are not working, clearing a browser's cache or reinstalling an app can sometimes do the trick.
