Problem logging in

PayPal won’t let me log in. Says it can’t confirm it’s me? My password has been reset and there’s no issues with my email address. Does this mean PayPal have locked my account?

Have you got a valid and up to date mobile phone linked to your paypal account for them to text and check i.d?
