Problem by login

Hi All,

I've got an unusual problem.

I have a paypal account in Germany. At the moment I am outside of EU, but I need my fonds and I need to access my account.

I called the German paypal service, they verified my identity and sent me a recovery password. The problem is that the password works, but I still get the same result (the triangle, see attached).

Because of that reason I cannot write to customer service, massages from Facebook, from Twitter. 

When I try to write anything or get in touch with any type of customer service, I have to select a problem, go to my account...and I come to the same screen "I'm not myself" (my login and password works, customer service confirmed my identity by phone)

At the moment I cannot get with the customer service by phone anymore. 

Is there any other way to get in touch with them by Internet? Any direct email? Contact by Internet that doesn't use the system?
