Problem adding bank account

My bank account has been removed due to incorrect typing of two small deposits that are sent to confirm the bank account and an error is coming when I am going to add the bank account again. What is the solution to this problem ??

As you couldn't manage the code option by typing in a 4 digit code found on your bank statement then you would have to wait until paypal phones are back up and running and then speak to an agent to add it for you.

However as you can't use the code option to prove ownership of the bank account then they would probably request you to upload a copy of your bank account to do so instead.

I have received the two small amounts from PayPal and I have try 3 times in adding account but it's say it's wrong amount and it's remove my account and know I m not able to add my bank account aging
