I can not change my primary phone number. I have added my new number on Mobile but there is no way to change it to primary. I tried logging on to pc and it won’t allow me until I verify through text... to my OLD number.

Have you tried to delete the old phone number from your PayPal account? If you have tried this and the number cannot be deleted, please contact us by phone, email, Facebook or Twitter and we would be happy to look into this for you.
On Mobile it will not let me edit, delete or change primary phone or address. On computer it asks to send a text, to my old non working number, to verify it’s me. So no I can not do anything with it.
