My son has a few gaming accounts and in the past I've set up paypal so I can buy items for him. However he now seems to be able to buy using paypal without needing to add my password or 2-Factor. How can I set up paypal so that anytime I or someone else tries to make a purchase, it prompts for 2-factor? I have 2-factor setup on my login account but that doesn't seem to transfer over to payments.
