Do i take my card and account away and start again. As i keep getting emails saying my bank declined my payment. I dont think ive done anyrhing different.

Have you confirmed your card with the 4 digit code sent to your statement?
Or have you added a bank account and confirmed it?

Yes it was all set up i was buying stuff for a few years. 1 day i saw on my direct debits so when i saw i had a Dd with paypl i cancelled it. But now i cant use my paypal. How do i set it up again.
