My fiance recently found a hard inquiry for his PayPal account and he hasn't used PayPal in a long time, years. Recently he received a letter that I had no knowledge of that something was going wrong with his account I believe. What is the best way to report this as fraud because essentially, that is what it is. Please let me know for him, thank you.

I recommend contacting PayPal Credit's customer service teams directly for further assistance with removing the hard inquiry from his credit report.
