Postcode invalid

I recently moved house within the UK. I am now in a new build property. I had to manually input my new address at the time. Everything was fine, until I selected the PayPal take 3 option, when it took me through the process it said my postcode wasn't recognised. It shows up on postcode finder etc and I have had no issues with anyone else recognising my postcode. Is there anything I need to do?
