Tonight while watching the news, I saw a story about new scams,that included text messages, that require a response, and by responding, you may give the scammers access to your device. As this was a message from eBay I would recommend that you contact eBay directly for more information on this. You could also try posting this on one of eBays forums as you may get some more information on it there.
