Hey guys I'm new to PayPal I just created PayPal yesterday to receive my cut from a project file we are selling (FLP) so my friend send me my cut as I told him (74 euro) then after he send it both of our account has been limited and ask for documents... So I send one and then I received an email saying its not valid so I wanted to send a new document (my dads I'd) but it won't let me send something it keep saying "submitted for review" and it's already reviewed and I can't send a new one... Please someone help me I really need the money for school.
