Please help, Pay pal wants me to prove that im a business, but im not one...?

I dont know why, but  pay pal thinks my account is a business one? Its not, all i do is exchanged money with my fiance for household expenses. But now i cant access my funds, because i don't have an EIN? I dont even know what that means. Please help!
