Hello friends,
I have an active paypal account. I don't use it anymore but I would like to maintain it, in case I use it in the future.
I don't have any card or bank account linked. I just have 1.36 euros.
A few weeks ago the money I had was 1.39 then 1.38 and so on. Now I have 1.36 euros. But the amounts below are the same: 0,40 EUR 1,19 USD
Why is this happening? Is this a kind of fee for maintenance of the account? I hope not.
My main concern is: will my account become negative? Is this possible? I don't want to owe money to paypal, especially without my mistake.
I would appreciate any help.
