Planning for account continuity after death

I just updated my will.  I updated my facebook profile to allow a designated person to close my account.  How can I do that on paypal?

If I can't do it, when will that feature be implemented?

This is not a solution to the question I asked.  It is a response to a situation which was not planned for, i.e., my death.  I appreciate knowing this, and I have saved a copy of the answer.

I conclude that the answer to my original question is: no, nothing can be done, and there are no plans to implement anything.
