So, when trying to add a new bank account I am asked to verify my request using phone authentication but in the number drop down none of my numbers are listed (its blank). If I add a number manually it just errors out and say verification cant be completed.
This is very frustrating, and of course Paypal support is non-existent. Phone call center is closed, and the chat that I keep getting referred to has said its unavailable for the past 2 days.
