Very Simple. I want to make a payment, it asked to double check its me making the payment so it asked for my phone number. I gave it and it says not supported... the number is already confirmed on my account. I can't transfer any money cause of this...
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
