Need to authenticate profile but has my old number...tried to log in to change it but cannot get past the authentication page, doesn’t have an email option. How do I update phone number for authentication? I cannot get into my profile settings at all
Yes I have the same problem, very slow broadband so time out on email, no mobile signal at home and landline phone doesn’t accept automated calls. Can’t even log in to cancel account. Managed to phone back to PayPal on landline rejected number but their automated system was not helpful.
I had the same issue. I was able to update the new number via the link on Ebay. The people manning the messenger service at Paypal were useless. The only option was to create a new account.
