Alright so I got rid my old phone number and can’t get texts to “finish” making sure it’s me and my new debit card. However, my new number has already been used by someone previously and it’s saying they don’t even use PayPal anymore, but I still can’t change the numbers. I’m needing to get everything switched so I can get my from-home business going. If someone could give me an idea or solution I’d greatly appreciate it...
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
