Hi, I opened my PayPal account in 2006 in Croatia. I moved to Ireland 3 years ago and I linked my irish bank card to the PayPal account as well. Now I want to set up that I can receive money via PayPal (cause back in 06 it was only possible to send money via PayPal in Croatia) but I need to verify with a code that I should receive on my Croatian mobile number or to home phone where I don’t live anymore, also in Croatia. How can I access my PayPal account now?
