Hi,
I need to call Paypal CZ as I cannot get into my account as I do not have the two factor authentication phone number anymore. I was told on their chat to email European service email in order to cancel my account and transfer any monies to my other Paypal accounts, however I got a reply to advise to login to my account and go to the action centre, they seemed to forget I cannot get into my account, each time I email I get the same reply, all I want to do is cancel my Czech account and transfer monies,
Any advice, greatly appreciated.
