I had a payment to me refused because I requested to “manually accept or refuse” the payment. (I don’t remember doing that.) Now I’m searching for a way to change that preference setting. Instructions say to go to settings and choose “selling tools”. There is no option for selling tools on my account. So, how do I change it? Any help will be appreciated.
