Personal Information on PayPal account changed by someone else. Can't verify or log in.

Hi,
My personal information on my business PayPal has been changed by someone else. I've talked to two representatives and they have told me that the address I tell them does not match up to the one on my account (they also can't see the address that I put in before it was changed). Also, the phone number on the account seems to be one digit off so I can't receive a text to verify that it's me. They have also told me there is no bank account linked to it when I did in fact link my personal bank account about 2 months ago.
Is there a place where I can send my personal information (and confirmation emails) so I can verify that it's me?
Has this happened to anyone else?
