So I'm trying to remove my bank details and close my account, but PayPal is telling me I have a pending transaction. I have no transactions pending, they were all completed two weeks ago. I have also looked through pre-approved payments and checked there too. All were inactive baring one payment, which is not due for another nine months, but is now cancelled too.
Why does PayPal make it so difficult to manage your account. I understand they do not even remove your details, so although you can close it, they still keep everything on file.
