Ive started a new account and need to attach my debit card to it. However, it wont let me as it is set tomy old account and i cant access my old one as i have forgot the password and got a new number. what do i do?

You are only allowed two paypal accounts if x1 is business and the other x1 is personal.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk both being limited.

You can't use a card on 2 paypal accounts at the same time.

You need to call customer services and see if they can access / close your old account for you etc.
