I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Can you please specify if the check that you are mentioning regards a payment that has to be charged to your bank account or for an amount that you have to receive?
If the amount has to be charged and you see that the payment has been issued via eCheck, it may have been that there was no other option at the time to complete the payment. For more specific details, I would recommend contacting our Customer Service directly.
