I have a not for profit account. For some reason it is blocked and an e check was declined. Paypal won't allow me to access the account, and I call their 888 #. It goes through the process then says they can't take my call because they are too busy. This has been on-going. Since I can't log in I can't to to the resolution center or even chat.
