I've been with paypal for some time and I have a state I.D and have my bank account linked. I'm 17 years old but why can't I use paypal to pay for stuff and I have a prepaid paypal card. Why can't I activate it just cause of my age? I want to manage my money through paypal and shop through it too. So why can't I use paypal?
