Paypal upload of documentation does not work - responds it is Paypal Problem

I have 3 days to provide upload of documentation or else.  Paypal documentation uploader says Paypal has problem on their end.  It refuses to upload.  I have tried 10 times to upload info no luck.  

Once I received email from Paypal about receiving info, but while it used the transaction I am seeking refund for, it listed me as seller instead of buyer.  The notice for buyer to respond still shows in account.

I tried to call - no luck.

I have sent numerous messages - no response.

What to do???

I am sorry to know that you are having trouble uploading documents. In this situation, you would want to reach out to PayPal Customer Service through a different support channel since calling didn't help.

You can reach out to them via Facebook or Twitter.
