I sent 700 dollars to a friend and the transaction got glitched and it appeared the transaction never went through. on June 5 2020 Paypal takes the 700 dollars out of my account and did not send the money to anybody and I wanted this transaction cancelled. Now Paypal has taken the money and I have tried contacting Paypal via the contact on their website and I get no response. It appears Paypal stole my 700 dollars !
