I'm sorry to hear that the card has not yet been confirmed. Have you found the code that was sent to your card? Make sure that you use the most recent of the two codes that will be sent, if there were two charges made. Once that code is retrieved and entered in the system, the charge associated with the most recent attempt to add the card will be refunded. In order to get the other charge refunded, you will need to contact customer service.
