Paypal support?!

Is there really absolutely no Paypal support? I am trying to add my CC to my account and my CC was added to another account previously, now removed from that older account. Still cannot add it to my new one and I found that for this scenario,I need to contact support. What to do?

If you have only just removed it then allow 72 hours for the system to play catch up before trying to add it again.

Hey again, just tried adding that again and I am still not able to. Any other suggestions or any advice on how to reach paypal support?
