My friend has opened a paypal account when he was in USA 1 year ago. He has been using it's account normally till today, when after a successful login when he was trying to send money, he got a security check alert. He has attached a phone number, to which he has not access now, and paypal does not allow to add a number which is not registered to his name... Any help on this how can he restore access to his account, or just how to transfer all funds from his account???
