Paypal saying : Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

Hello !
I want to make a purchase using paypal, but finally I decided to cancel it, then Paypal tried to send me an sms to confirm that it's me.
the sms didn't reached my phone, and after 3 attempts, paypal blocked me saying : Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.
I tried to contact a customer service, but I didn't found anything (number phone, address email, . . .)
Could you please give me a phone number, where I can contact a customer service.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
