Paypal is just actively refusing to cancel my account. I know how I am supposed to cancel it. Every time I try it tells me I have to contact customer service. I contact them and all they do is copy and paste instructions how to do it. Can anyone help me in ending the terrible business relationship I have with this crappy company?
