As name says. Paypal refuses to close my account, as it was created in 2010. I never used, it had other account and i closed that one account few months back. Now they force me to upload data to prove it's myself which i refuse, because i don't want to use this platform. As that account was created before 2011. As i did not consent them, after gdpr release (correct me if i am wrong) can they keep my data, against my will? When they won't let you close your account?

Hi @No_No_No1,
I'm sorry to hear that your account is unable to be closed. Is there a limitation on the account? Accounts that are limited may not be closed until and unless the limitation is resolved.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Olivia
