Paypal not sending message code

Hi.
I have that option, that every time I login into my PayPal account, I have to input a code that it' sent to me via message.
Recently I changed phones and had to get a new nano sim card, which has the same number. Although I've requested the code multiple times, Paypal doesn't seem to send the code never.
What should be the problem here?

Hi @JJKL5,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving the code. Have you blocked any numbers directly on your phone or blocked any types of texts with your carrier? Either of these things might block the ability to receive the texts from PayPal.
