Paypal name minor correction

I send a request to fix my paypal Surname for 1 letter but Im still waiting and PayPAl hasn't fix my problem yet.

 My PayPal name is "Erion Makollio" and I want to change to " Erion Makolli" I did a request for minor correction and I got an email that the name changed but when I log in , has still not changed

Minor Correction is broken. I can't remove one letter from my middle name. And i only get automatic replies from bots
