I have problem in my Log In procedure.
When I try Log In, an other page is appear.
- Receive a text
- Have us call you
I am in Japan at the moment. I'm not getting a text message and I don't get call back from anyone.
These options are doesn’t work in Japan?
I have a registered Hungarian mobile number, and the Authentication required has already taken place in the last week in Hungary.
I can’t use my account.
What can I do in this situation?
Help me please.

Keep waiting, no one here has your money as this is not paypal customer services and i for one don't help rude people.
If I'm rude then it's not like that.
Anyway, if you have a problem with your Paypal account, you wouldn't be keep and calm in waiting time.
I don't like useless messages and respect your voluntary work, but my account still unavailable .
- SMS doesn't work
- Mobile phone back call, does not work
According to them, as long as I'm on the abroad, it won't work.
