when paypal requests this, do i have to complete this before i can accept payments to my bank account, whether instant transfer or couple day delivery?
The problem I have is that it keeps asking to update the information EVERYTIME I log in. I complete the update and submit. And then when I log out and log back in, IT ASKES FOR THE UPDATE AGAIN! IT'S ANNOYING!
