Paypal is not answering!?

Hello,

I've opened three tickets with Paypal in the last seven days. I have NOT received one answer. WHY?

I have a business account with them, and I have checked all associated email addresses, spam folder, everything. Sales and dispute confirmations are coming in, so I don't think it's somehow related to my email accounts.

What can it be, and what can I do?
