Hello.

Im not going to write my whole story here again since it is pages long and i have written about 40 Mails to paypal and all the answers just tell me to go to their homepage and look for help there which is stupid. I need a real person to talk with and explain my Problem. Where can i contact Paypal directly?

They DONT respond to my mails and neither on any social media.

If we can't help then your options are.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Same here logged a query I have with a dispute that I have raised and says a customer support agent will get back to me in "a few hours" and haven't heard anything, that was 2 days ago. Chased up about 10 times now . Meanwhile I get automated follow up messages reminding me I have to respond to the offer I have received by 31st Oct or else it will close automatically and I'll receive nothing.
