Paypal ignored my request to downgrade my account from business to personal twice!

I went to the help section, chose "my account">"changing account type">"Downgrade my account", and wrote in the message "I would like to downgrade my account from business to personal, please" or something along those lines, that was first done about 4 days ago and I've received no email nor has my account been downgraded, then yesterday I did the same and again to no avail, nothing. What's going on??

Give them a few weeks to get around to doing it, they don't only have you to deal with.

Then why does it LITERALLY say it will take a maximum of 24 hours?
