Paypal email in wrong language

Hi,

I am a new user and I've being trying to receive a transfer from another person, but the emails I am getting about this transfer are all in French, and I don't speak any French. My language is set on Dutch and I'm also in a Dutch speaking country. Maybe the other person speaks French (i don't know), but why is MY email in French? I don't understand anything of it and i don't know what to do to change is. Anyone who knows how to change my email language to Dutch?

Were you able to figure this out? I'm having a similar problem. My account is showing up in some type of Chinese language? I speak English, and when I try to change it in settings, it doesn't update anything or save to English. I'm super frustrated and can't seem to get help on this. Tried sending paypal an email and that won't work either.
