Hi, Is the PayPal cash plus the same as having a paypal account? Is it the same thing as a paypal casu card which I do have

Its just a personal paypal account with added features as per link.

I accidently transferred $100 to a Pay Pal Cash Plus account . What do I need to do to get that money back? I have been going around and around trying to get some answers about this. PayPal is showing the transaction. I don't understand what I can do with this account. It's like I just threw money away.
